Marvin’s Marvin

The coincidence is a great luck! Marvin has been already present in the world of motor sport for a while now and when we discovered that someone was sharing our initials and name, we couldn’t resist the temptation to send him a little token of our appreciation. So now that the future star of the motocross world is wearing a Marvin, it can only be a sign of good fortune!

Marvin Musquin is a 21 year old Frenchman living in California ; he moved to the United States late last year to prepare for his first season racing U.S. Supercross.  At this young age, Marvin is already a two time world MX2 champion! Back in 2007, he won the French MX2 Championship, in 2009 he then won the first Grand Prix of the season in Bulgaria on a Honda bike. At the following Grand Prix Musquin lined up with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team and stayed on the podium for many Grand Prix only to end  his successful GP campaign with the MX2 World Title. Last year, his goal was to take another title and his determination made him indeed the unstoppable force in the MX2 world championship.

Marvin’s talent took him to places only few are able to dream of and racing at the top level of this sport needs constant training and dedication. Before him, two other Frenchman made it in the United States competing in the motocross racing championships; Jean-Michel Bayle in 1991 and David Vuillemin in 2002. The United States of America is the recognized leader of the motocross world today, but France has produced many extraordinary talented riders. Two decades after Jean-Michel and David, our two-time world MX2 champion is now officially back on track after his last year knee injury while competing at the Bercy Supercross. His cast has finally been taken off, so he brought out his KTM 250 SX-F practice bike to Pala Raceway in Southern California and he is getting more comfortable with each practice session. After almost four months off the tracks, Marvin can’t wait to race again.

On top of everything, the legendary motocross icon Roger de Coster has been asked to take over Red Bull KTM’s team management which definitely puts the best chances on Marvin’s side. Because of his determination and style which has made winning seem natural, as well as his passion for motorcycling and not to mention it his name, we decided to offer Marvin a little present to wish him all the best for the coming indoor and outdoor competitions.

Now my name is MARVIN so I thought how cool would it be to have a watch with my name on at promoting your fantastic brand. So I know as a company your kind enough to send watches to people so I wondered if you would be as kind as to think about sending me one. Thanks for your time , Marvin Poole
